The fizzing tablets dissolve buildup and odor while the drain basket lets everything rinse and air dry in the same case. How to use:

1. Fill the case with water and drop in one cleaning tablet.
2. Place your retainer on the drain basket and close the lid. Let it fizz for five to ten minutes.

4. Rinse under the tap if you'd like, then leave the retainer on the basket to air dry or pop it right back in.
